Today, these tasty treats can be found in grocery stores across America. To help celebrate the staple, we’re sharing our very own recipe so that you can recreate the snack at home.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich Recipe
You’ll Need:
- Chocolate chip cookies
- Vanilla ice cream
- Toppings
Step 1: Scoop softened ice cream onto one cookie, then top it with another cookie and squish a bit!
Step 2: Roll the edges in whatever toppings you’d like.
Step 3: Place your sandwiches on a plate and freeze for 2 hours
Step 4: Dessert is served!
