The Bay Water Park
Ready for another water park? Kansas is also home to the Bay Water Park. Here, you’ll find four different family friendly attractions, including a play pool, lazy river, a surf simulator and water playground that includes several slides, kid-controlled sprays and fountains, and a huge dumping bucket!
The Springs Aquatic Center
Welcome to the Springs Aquatic Center where you’ll find a leisure pool with zero-depth entry (great for the little ones!), a tipping bucket, lazy river, two winding water slides, a 700-square-foot plunge pool, mist sprayers, pop jets and more! Swim lessons are also available for water pros, novice swimmers and anyone in between!
Oceans of Fun
Located within the Worlds of Fun amusement park, this popular water park boasts over 23 slides and 17 attractions. There’s also a 1,034,364-gallon wave pool and 720-foot lazy river to explore! As one of the biggest water parks in Kansas, this is certainly one you won’t want to miss!
CoCo Keys Water Resort
Get a taste of the tropics at CoCo Keys Water Resort! Have fun exploring this 55,000 square-foot indoor water park. It’s got over 150,000 gallons of water to splash around in.
Adventure Oasis Water Park
Tube slides, raft rides, plunge pools and more! The outdoor water park also features a 900-foot-long lazy river, a poolside climbing wall, 210-foot open flume slide, lap pool and more! There is also a full-service concession and dining area to refuel at.
Smithville Lake
Though not exactly a water park, Smithville Lake features a ton of recreational water activities that you and your family won’t want to miss out on! the 7,200-acre lake features two swimming beaches, full-service marinas, multi-lane boat ramps, a sailboat launch area and dockside restaurants .There are also plenty of camping sites around if you want to turn your visit into a more extended stay!
Tomahawk Ridge Aquatic Center
Located in the heart of Overland Park is Tomahawk Ridge Aquatic Center. It features two slides, a Wibit inflatable, zero-depth entry, cooling fountains, a curling slide, adult patio area, tons of green space, concessions and much more!
Bluejacket Pool
Also located in Overland Park is the Bluejacket Pool. The heated pool features zero-fepth entry, a jet bench sheet, one 15-foot water slide, one-meter diving boards, a 12.5-foot deep diving well and a youth pool with its own kiddie slide. A 25-meter lap lane is also available for the serious swimmers out there!
Black Bob Bay
Get ready to spend the day at this sprawling water park! Black Bob Bay features a 50-meter pool, surrounded by raft water slides, a lazy river, shallow water play structures and diving wells. There’s also a baby pool on the property for parents with small children. Swim lessons are also available for kids of all ages!
Marty Pool
Time to head back to Overland Park! This water park is a great place to visit with young kids, thanks to its youth pool, zero-depth entries, tugboat slide and sand area! There is also a water slide on site, a lap lane and large grassy area perfect for laying out and relaxing!
KC Watersports
Located on a 5-tower cable lake, KC Watersports is known as Kansas’ premiere Wake boarding and wake skating school! Boat rentals are also available, but maybe the most fun revolves around the inflatable aqua park! This area provides plenty of space to jump, slide and bounce around with the whole family!
