Wiley’s Hungry Like a Wolf Waffle Recipe
You’ll need:
3 tbsp of melted unsalted butter
1 cup of flour
½ tbsp of sugar
½ tsp of baking powder
½ tsp of salt
¼ tsp of baking soda
½ cup of milk
½ cup of sour cream
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Preheat the waffle iron.
2. In a large bowl: whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
3. In a smaller bowl: whisk together the sour cream, milk, melted butter, and eggs.
4. Mix the milk, butter, and egg mixture into the large bowl.
5. Pour ½ cup of the waffle batter into the waffle iron.
6. Enjoy!
